At Hyperface, Asia’s first Credit Cards as a Service (CCaaS) platform, we are reimagining the very foundation of credit card technology. Founded in 2021 by industry veterans Ramanathan RV (former co-founder of Juspay and creator of the UPI BHIM app) and Aishwarya Jaishankar (the banker behind India’s first digital savings account), Hyperface is building the modern operating system for credit cards, enabling banks and fintechs to launch, scale, and manage digital-first card programs with unmatched speed, control, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business and technical requirements.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal technology teams.
- Manage credit card onboarding processes and implementation support (onboarding experience is a plus).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical or operational issues.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve client-reported problems.
- Identify root causes and provide timely solutions to business and technical challenges.
- Support product or platform integrations and configuration activities.
- Prepare documentation, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients and provide regular updates.
- Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Support, or similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of systems, APIs, or software platforms.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments.
