We are a very young and ambitious startup based out of Bangalore and Mumbai. Our team is a group of engineers and product folks who specialise in solving payments and fintech problems. The world is witnessing a radical transformation in the banking and financial services sector. Our company is creating an infrastructure that will accelerate embedded finance, specifically in the credit space. We are India’s first fully modern paylater and credit cards stack.

We are funded by a clutch of awesome angels whose LPs include founders of companies such as CRED, Square and Marqueta. Our prospective client list includes the well funded neobanks and top e-commerce companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• We are looking for PMs who will own a set of features end to end and work closely with the Senior product manager for delivering the same.
• Researching local and global market offerings in paylater/ cobranded credit card, applying for different products and plotting customer journeys.
• Maintain a repository of market information, be the one stop knowledge storehouse on product and features to internal teams including business development, Legal and Founders.
• Be part of sales calls and understand client requirements around said features.
• Have a strong understanding of the existing product suite and own the feature level specifications.
• Work closely with the Senior product managers for the identified set of features to be built including and not limited to writing specifications, briefing design/ technology teams and test and sign off to product release.
• Maintain a list of incremental features and own the product roadmap for the same.

Required Skills:

• MBA with 1-2 years experience in Fintech product teams.
• Experience in working closely with design and development teams in building lending products
• Team player who enjoys working with multiple teams and delivering results together
• Curious about customer journeys and user experiences in the Fintech space.
• Should be able to articulate their ideas in a crisp and clear manner to a room of diverse individuals.
• Should enjoy writing – Product notes to client pitches!

Preferred Skills:

• Understand the Paylater space and experience in building products for the same.
• Enjoys ideation and research. Has been part of teams and groups talking to end users and using them to drive product features.
