The world is witnessing a radical transformation in the banking and financial services sector. We are creating a platform to accelerate embedded finance, specifically in the credit space.

We are a well-funded startup who have raised upwards of 10 million dollars, one of the top seed rounds amongst B2B companies in the year 2022. While predominantly from India, we have investors from North America, Europe and SouthEast Asia.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven experience in managing technical projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical project management in a related industry.
• Proven experience in managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
