Rich Journey Analytics via Mixpanel

Quick Overview
Banks can now track granular user actions like clicks, scrolls, drop-offs, time spent – across card journeys (built using the Hyperface Journey system) – in real time through Mixpanel integration within the Hyperface Smart Engage solution to continually optimise these.
Hyperface’s Journey System allows banks to deliver goal-based, revenue-generating digital journeys (card activation, EMI conversions, are more) in the form of lightweight, standalone PWAs with unique links that can be distributed via digital touchpoints, making them ideal for campaign deployment.
What Does It Solve?
With this update, banks gain deeper context into how users navigate each step of a journey – helping identify friction points, refine flows, and personalize nudges.
This update enables banks to make smarter, data-backed decisions that directly impact engagement and conversions while still launching journeys faster than ever through Hyperface’s no-code infrastructure.

How It Works
- Snippet Integration – A Mixpanel snippet is added to the journey’s PWA interface.
- Anonymized Tracking – Hyperface passes anonymized identifiers—no PII is shared.
- Event Logging – Events such as screen views, button clicks, and completion rates are automatically captured.
- Insight Access – Banks can access Mixpanel dashboards directly or request embedded reports via Superset or custom views.
