Hyperface Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, and related group entities (“Hyperface”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws of India.
Applies to visitors of the Hyperface website, individuals who contact Hyperface, subscribe to communications, or submit forms, inquiries, demo requests, or recruitment applications. Does not apply to banking or financial products, client-controlled platforms, partner-hosted environments, or services governed by separate privacy notices.
Hyperface may act as a Data Fiduciary for data collected through this website, or as a service provider when processing data on behalf of banks and enterprise clients. End customers of partner banks should contact that bank or client directly to exercise their rights.
