Smart Benefits Engine now supports Partner Points as a new offer outcome type alongside Reward Points, Cashback, and Vouchers. Banks can configure offers that reward customers with points maintained on an external partner’s loyalty ledger directly within the existing offer creation flow. This enables seamless coalition loyalty use cases across airlines, hospitality, lifestyle platforms, and other ecosystem partners, without building one-off reward constructs for every partnership.

Previously, these programmes had to be modelled through vouchers, bank reward points, or custom integrations outside the standard offer flow, adding overhead and inconsistency. How It Works
- The bank configures the partner and its loyalty currency within the platform

- Once the reward becomes eligible for posting, the platform triggers the integrated partner API
